I had a great discussion about equity with career expert Brien Convery on his podcast, Coffee With Convery. In the conversation, I talked about my journey of discovering my Neurodivergent traits and how my racial identity and class background played a role in that discovery. We also discussed the pivotal moments that led to the creation of my equity firm. I shared my 4-D Model of Neuro-inclusive Communication and other ways to advocate for neuro-inclusion and gender safety in teams, organizations, and communities. It was an enlightening conversation, and I encourage you to listen in.
