Unlock the Gifts of Your Neurotype!

I could start by listing my professional achievements, the research I've done on neurodivergent-affirming practices and strategies, or the many, many clients I've worked with. And that is important, but I've learned along the way that people don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care. I think that's the heart of being a good coach-the ability to relate to and connect with the challenges and the struggles of the people who you're guiding.

I am neurodivergent. I live with ADHD, Autism, and Dyscalculia. I’m married to someone who is neurodivergent. These experiences are not external to me; they are intrinsic to who I am, and I’ve walked the arduous and non-linear path of acceptance and working with and not against my neurotypes.

If you're wondering what we could work on together, I work with people on everything from organizing and designing a sensory sanctuary to finding neurodivergent-affirming careers and everything in between. Interested in working with me? Let me know!

As an ADHD & Executive Function coach, I help my clients achieve their goals by modeling and increasing their capacity to minimize distractions, map out a plan of action, and break goals into smaller, more manageable tasks.

I deliver my support through a collaborative and non-judgmental coaching partnership, emphasizing practical tools for time management, planning, organizing, prioritizing, and decision-making to facilitate effective daily living. My clients benefit by acquiring the skills and resources necessary to create and maintain structure in their homes, schools, offices, and everyday lives.
