A Unique Approach to Inclusion

The increasing gender, ethnic, and neurodiversity in our schools, workplaces, and organizations make achieving inclusion essential for advancing our missions. Many team members want to be inclusive, fair, and affirming to all, but they aren't sure how.

Chris earned their Master’s in Human Development and Education from George Washington University to close this gap. During their studies, they developed a flexible theory of equity named the “needs-affirming approach to inclusion”.

For over a decade, this approach has been the foundation of our consulting practice, equipping leaders with the tools and support to close equity gaps, resolve conflicts, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Chris also leads a one-on-one coaching practice, helping historically marginalized leaders build habits and live lives where they experience joy, belonging, and purpose.
