About My Approach

I discovered my neurodivergence during lockdown, when my coping mechanisms couldn’t meet the moment. Like many neurodivergent people, I responded by reading as much as I could about neurodiversity. But it was clear to me that the information about neurodiversity lacked an intersectional lens.

My consultancy is the culmination of my work to close this gap. I designed each engagement to be a space for neurodivergent people on the margins. I specialize in helping teams learn about how race, gender, class, and neurotype intersect and shape people’s expectations, sensory needs, and passions.

I design and facilitate intersectional, neurodivergent-affirming workshops to teachers, parents, community centers, businesses, and universities.  I speak on podcasts, at conferences, and with government agencies. Throughout it all, I stay grounded in my mission — to help multiply marginalized neurodivergent people build lives that work with, not against, their neurotype.

  • Authentic

Clients highlight my ability to listen deeply, adapt to organizational needs, and co-create solutions—whether redesigning hiring processes, auditing equity practices, or modeling inclusive leadership.
