About My Approach

Thank you for your interest in my work. For more than ten years, I’ve honed my skills as a workplace inclusion facilitator, speaker, and advisor, supporting government agencies, universities, nonprofits, schools, and corporations in elevating the experiences of their gender and neurodiverse teams.

I excel at three skills: 1) training small to large teams through keynotes and workshops 2) designing beautiful, easy-to-navigate communication and inclusive leadership guides, and 3) coaching individuals to develop comprehensive and customized solutions to their most pressing challenges. I hold a master’s degree in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University, and I am an award-winning speaker recognized for my blend of entertaining, engaging, and down-to-earth presentations, keynotes, and coaching style.

I am also Neurodivergent (Autism, ADHD, and Dyscalculia), Intersex, and gender expansive. If you believe we would work well together, I encourage you to schedule a consultation.

Each Experience is Guaranteed to be…

  • Affirming

I prioritize creating safe, inclusive spaces where teams engage in meaningful dialogue without fear, fostering understanding and actionable change.

  • Accessible

My approach avoids “box-ticking” strategies. Instead, I equip teams with accessible language, neuro-inclusive communication models, and frameworks to dismantle systemic barriers.

  • Authentic

Clients highlight my ability to listen deeply, adapt to organizational needs, and co-create solutions—whether redesigning hiring processes, auditing equity practices, or modeling inclusive leadership.

  • Action-Oriented

From guiding neurodivergent-inclusive workplace strategies to navigating complex equity audits, I translate abstract concepts into tangible steps that resonate with staff, leaders, and marginalized communities.
