Their undergraduate and graduate studies specialized on the intersections of race, gender, and ability, culminating in a graduate capstone that detailed the necessity and incentives for institutions of higher learning to support Transgender, Intersex, and Gender-expansive students.
Chris regularly develops gender-affirming resources and frameworks, visual aids, and how-to guides to help organizations educate themselves about gender-inclusive language, leadership, and design principles.
